As part of my role, I constantly measure our successes, distil key insights, and share these narratives within and outside the organization to highlight our product's growth and impact.In this capacity, I'm not just designing - I'm helping to shape the future of our product, ensuring it aligns with both our business goals and our customer's evolving needs.

I was involved in designing the Pathao platform app, which provides transportation, food delivery, logistics, and other daily necessity solutions in Bangladesh and Nepal with 5 million+ users.I worked on revamping the food delivery flow of the Pathao driver app, which resulted in a 12% increase in acceptance rate and around an 8% decrease in cancellation rates.I also worked on revamping Pathao food restaurant and order flow which successfully increased 10% of food order completion rate. My role was to design the user interfaces and create prototyping for usability testing and user research.

I worked with Kite Games Studio in 2018 as a design consultant. I designed a few mobile applications in the photo and video editing categories for Android Play Store and iOS App Store. Some of the projects I was involved in were Color Pop, Photo Vault, Beauty 365, Blur Photo, and many more. Today, millions of users use these applications all around the globe.

I designed the user interface and experiences for GagaGugu Products.In that role, I utilized the product design processes at each stage of the product development cycle.Collaborated closely with multiple UX team members, product owners, product managers, developers, business teams during feature development to define, answer questions that arise and make sure that the ultimate product satisfies the goals.
