As part of Country Leadership Team, responsible for developing people management strategies that compliment the business strategy. Actively participate in business planning, decisions and strategy development with special focus on all aspects of Human Resource Function.

Strategic Business Partner working closely with Country Head BP Pakistan and Regional HR Director for MESA. A key member of the Leadership team responsible for providing guidance and support in terms of business planning, decisions and strategy development for the business in Pakistan.

• Development / enrichment of Human Resource policies for the upstream and downstream businesses in Middle East, Pakistan and North Africa.• Advising HR Managers / Leadership Teams across the region regarding Reward related issues with special emphasis on alignment with Group Reward Guidelines • Strategic partnership with various HR consultants and managing Global contracts with vendors e.g. Hay Group to ensure reliable service delivery and quality.

Alignment of Reward strategy / policies of the Pakistan Performance Unit by conducting various surveys / participation in local and regional forums. Working closely with PU HRM as well as Regional Reward Lead in implementation of various Group initiatives.

Held various HR assignments in the areas of Compensation & Benefits as well as Resourcing for Engro Fertilizer with a brief stint in Marketing Division.
