Scope of Work: Construction of 100 Villas including 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK at Az Zulfi Qasim Region.Contract Value: 55 Million SAR

Duties & Responsibilities;▪ Ensuring that all production process documents are well coordinated and made on time to have a smooth execution of production targets.▪ Evaluate Contract Launch orders to create master production schedule, a production schedule for 6 months.▪ Generate Material Requirement Planning and share with procurement department.▪ Monitoring daily Production progress and managing resources (manpower, equipment, and material) for optimal results.▪ Assist management in evaluation in new machinery or modifications to existing machinery/process.▪ Promptly addressing and resolving production bottlenecks to minimize delays in production.▪ Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet the master production schedule.▪ Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.▪ Update and maintain operations/production statistics to ensure availability of all important data. Provide presentations and charts if required.▪ Ensuring timely availability of material to all production floors from warehouse.▪ Circulating daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to map actual figures with the required targets. Conduct root cause analysis in case of low production output and report to management.▪ Maintain ERP data and transactions for production and inventory management.▪ Managing Purchase Requisitions of required inventory in the factory.▪ Coordinate with project Management and QC for customer management and FATs.▪ Ensure packing and handover of Finished goods against contractual launch orders in the production store.
