Reporting to Chief commercial officer Key Results : • Providing insightful analysis on distribution & sales to CCO, Commercial Head and Sr. Management with weekly/monthly report• Analyze Sales and Revenue and work closely with the Finance Team, Sales Team• Produce the accurate and timely presentation of Business Performance Reports, top & bottom-line analysis on various sales operation & planning and participate in weekly/ monthly meetings with senior management. • Support development of Annual Business Plan by analyzing sales KPl’s and volume trends. Collaborate with frontline sales & sales leadership to improve effectiveness of sales information organization.• Review MTD/YTD sales results and issues, projections, Various Score Cards, product mix, issues, initiatives, and opportunities• Facilitating to obtain data from the Sales Team for the Strategic Planning monthly meeting cycles,• Assess Market trends, pricing, costs, competitor strategies and market suppliers.• Research and Evaluate areas of opportunity for revenue growth or cost reduction for specific market segments.• Analyze historical data and generate reports to provide insights and support leaders with business decisions.• Ensure periodic reporting for Sales KPI's for market execution, infrastructure, sales, and other parameters.• Administering business intelligence, data extraction, report creation, Business analysis with MS Power BI Tool, on periodic basis and Qlik sense (Mirna System) • Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis, prioritize business and information needs• Analyze line of business operations to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action and operational changes.

Reporting to Finance MangerKey Results:• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial report and submitting to finance manager • Preparing daily cash flow, sales forecasting and find out variations.• Reviewing all financial transaction on regular basis, find out the errors and finalize. • Handling intercompany accounting and Reconciliation. • Helping management for customizing report from the ERP system.• Preparing VAT Summary as per Federal Tax Authority form (VAT 201)• Ensure the accuracy and Integrity of the general ledger accounts under the proper cost center. • Reviewing & monitoring POS collections received from all outlets on daily basis including credit card transactions• Tracking payroll processing through WPS; coordinating with exchanges and banks for managing related issues• Develop, plan and administer policies and procedures in accordance with the company goals and objectives.• Formulation and consolidation of the operational budget. • Verification of International Payments – TT/Bank Transfers • Verification of Employees Leaves and end of service benefits.• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment • Performed other duties and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager• Motivate and lead the team checking all their works daily, helping them to finish their task and ensure that all their transactions are properly recorded and reported.• All the responsibility with (auditors PWC) for the year ending audit, Like prepare all the documents, including all schedules (Prepayments, fixed assets register), Provisions (Gratuity, Leave salary and Air fair) and accruals (utility and payroll) etc.. Give all the support for auditors as per their requirement.

• Managing Accounts Payables and Receivables process • Review, check and verify petty cash disbursement and replenishment.• Analyzing & preparing various reports such as Dashboard, Profitability etc., as requested by Financial Controller, & DGM Sales. • Preparing aging analysis Reports of Debtors, Channel Wise & Debtors Position.• Processing Shelf Rent & Discounts of all the customers as per the agreed terms at the end of Every Month.• Verifying the Customers Credit applications & the documents provided for the Credit Facility, Extending the credit limit with the special approval of GM & FC• Preparation of Sales Analysis Report-like, Region wise sales, Area wise, Supervisor wise and Route wise Report• Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement. • Warehouse Audit & Stock Verification• Helping with Audit-related work at financial year end – (Auditors – EY)
