CurrentI am working at SEDER GROUP Trading & Contracting CO. handling in MS Huawei (Zain E&M) project in O&M as a Project Coordinator of Region 2. I am assisting the Regional Manager for smooth operation for all issues going on in the region• Record maintenance of monthly Plan of PMR in OWS.• Ensure EHS on Top Priority.• Managing Teams and ensure to use OWS (Mate line) software for all PMR and CM activities. Closing and Dispatching OWS WOs.• To ensure round the clock Network Availability keeping the outage minimum by managing a team.• Responsible for overall Operations and Maintenance of the regional Cellular Network.• Alarms, Outages and TTs monitoring with NOC• Ensure the Completion of AC & DG PMR Schedules on time along with PMR presentations report to client.• Responsible for the timely escalation of PMR/CM related issues to the management for a prompt resolution.• Well versed with issues related to Generators (9 – 35 KVA), ATS Panels, Air conditioners, Fire Fighting System etc.• Following up with refueling teams so that no outage occurs due to fueling issue.• Responsible to carry out audits for ensuring compliance to PMR quality standards.• Daily Analysis of PMR Done Activity and PM Pending with management• Well versed with issues related to Generators, ATS Panels, Air conditioners, etc.• To ensure the submission of weekly analysis, presentation & consolidated reports• Verification of all spares, consumables utilized at sites under my area of responsibility, while ensuring quality of Consumables/ Spares used• Hands on experience on the Microsoft Excel Professional.
