-working in the powertrain cooling for automotive Industry.-Heat Exchanger Design and development.-Effectively leading multiple projects with 1 design engineer.-Product Design & development.-Produces and/or evaluates possible design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications. -DFMEA and risk analysis of acquisition and development projects-Responsible for DV & PV planning as per customer milestone-Discussion for standard compliance list and material selection for different child parts

•Act as a Liaison Engineer to co-ordinate between global locations like USA, Germany, Poland , South Africa and India for BMW CKD CRFM Projects.• Managing team of one CAD engineer for product design.• Design execution from concept to series development considering Mahle guidelines & feasibility.•Alignment of the development activities with the project milestones.•Implemented PCO (project cost optimization) project and provide a saving of 1.18 Mil in 2021•3D and 2D packaging approval for prototype and series design for customer•Prototype development for component level validation and vehicle level validation•Responsible for DV and PV plan as per customer milestone•Tooling kick-off with the supplier and solving supplier technical issue while development•PPAP of parts and conducting a full-scale trial at production location with focus on quality•Monitoring and solving initial production issues and supporting other departments for any development issues•Project cost optimization of existing projects.

-Involved in design activities from conceptual stage to Design Detailing stages.-Knowledge in Bench marking.-Manufacturing techniques in plastic & stamping parts.-Involve in Projects for Acquisition, Prototyping, Pre-series and Series production.Position duties -Support for Designing & Developing the Engine Cooling systems for BMW passenger car.- Understand the customer requirement and implement it into design conforming OEM standards, CAD methodology and plastic technology.- Participate in the design and development of components like Radiators, Charge air coolers, - Drive manufacturing drawing creation for engine cooling parts and modules- Perform requirement reviews with customers and ensure the design meets the regulatory requirements.- Improvise the data as per the results from CFD, FEA, and testing & validation.- Study the documentation for the design change history to evaluate the evolution.- Execute the ECR as per MAHLE process & manage their release into SAP.- BOM Creation for component (RAD,CAC,FMS) and Module and release through system in SAP.- Worked and implemented cost optimizatio in running projects.
