Includes tracking employee hours/pay, setting up multiple tents (as large as 50ft x 70ft) at various biker rally's and shows, unloading semi trucks filled with merchandise, providing great customer service, and pushing sales. Rally's can last as long as three weeks in which we work on average 15-17 hr days. At the end of each rally we then tear down the tents and repack the trucks with remaining merchandise.
