Some of the key responsibilities involved within the role: • Successfully looking after the long, medium and short-term reliability of various systems. • Defining Maintenance Policy, Maintenance Schedule changes and manage interface with work week plans using EPRI, INPO and WANO recommendations. • Ensuring that all activities are carried out with full regard to agreed Safety Standards and Expectations, Site Licence requirements, Statutory Regulations, company and local directives, procedures and Safety Rules. • Contributing to the improvement of equipment reliability by participation in programs for Reliability Centred Maintenance such as Condition Monitoring and Predictive and Preventive Maintenance. • Actively participating in the On-line and Outage work planning process providing engineering technical input as required ensuring prioritisation of work is based on the criticality of equipment and its potential impact on plant performance from safety, reliability and efficiency. • Providing support to other station functions as required playing a pivotal role in Event recovery and Operational decision-making activities. • Developing outage scope, assisted in planning of the outage activities and executed the activities during outage.
