Core Responsibilities.● Handling international Vendors assigned by Management & monitor their POs.● Follow up with Logiatic on container releases and shipping instructions/BL.● Monitoring all documentation & correspondences for my purchases.● Report unattended correspondences / incoming & outgoing if any.● Report on long position, related to Vendors without having sales order on the same day.● Ensuring the claims are settled amicably between the vendors and buyers and reporting to the director.● Vendor Management and co-ordination between Purchase / sales and logistics.● Procuring the material for Long term contracts and full filling the monthly quota.● Coordination with Suppliers and Accounts for Invoices and Payments and there SOA are confirmed.● to Coordinate with the yard supervisor for proper material Management and inventory.● Researching for new suppliers.● Following market trends.● Liaising with suppliers.● Negotiating prices & terms with suppliers.● Following up with suppliers concerning delivery.● Preparing & managing Procurement strategy & Budgets.● Preparing reports.● Process improvement in procurement.● Work on group-level initiatives on purchase and cost optimization.● Monitoring outstanding report on regular basis.● Ensuring FIFO is followed with proper allocation of the PO to SO.● Monitoring the Unsold report on daily basis.

Working with solid understanding of marketing techniques and purchasing activities.● Handling allocated suppliers locally assigned by Management. ● Settling claims by following the claim procedure and report the claim issues to Director.● To ensure tasks are completed efficiently as per the schedule and validity on TMS (Task Management System).● Vendor Management and coordination between Purchase / sales and logistics.● Involved in on-site supervision to ensure proper erection & Loading plan.
