CurrentI'm responsible for:1. Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.2. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements (Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) regularly.3. Bank Management: Prepare and process bank loans. Handle salary disbursement. Process Bank Guarantee (BG), Performance Guarantee (PG), and Advance Payment Guarantee (APG). Bank Account Reconciliations.4. Accounts Receivable Follow up on outstanding invoices. Ensure timely collection of receivables.5. Accounts Payable Optimize payment processing for suppliers and vendors, ensuring precise and punctual bill settlements.6. Cash Management Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure there is enough liquidity for daily operations.7. Tax Compliance Prepare necessary documentation for tax filings. Coordinate with external tax advisors as needed. Submission of Source Tax. Ensure compliance with tax regulations.8. Budgeting and Forecasting Monitor budget performance and report any variances.9. Audit Support Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.10. Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
