Responsible for OSP QA Internal Checklist

Responsible for the Installation of Back Bone Fiber Optic Cable both aerial and underground including testing OPM/OTDR parameter for accepatance.Manage the main contract for QA /HSE on site

 Monitoring and inspection of all aspect of construction activities with respect to the contractor performance of the work in compliance with the drawing specification . Supervise and inspect Tower Erection ( GBT-ZML_TSC-195kph_35m,45m,60m tower), Excavation, lay outing of tower foundation , anchor bolt ,rebar and concrete pouring, backfilling , grounding installation, Horizontal cable tray and site development plan including correct FGL using dumpy leveling. Prepare all documents for RFI ( Verticality Test, Torque Test, Grounding Test and safe to climb certificate). Conduct necessary Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) and Validate the actual site condition base on the actual condition new site and change out. Prepare Material Request Form (MRF) piece checking for the tower parts and coordinate with the warehouse for the schedule of delivery . Coordinate with the representative of the contracting party Sun Cellular ( Digitel), Huawei Technology, NSN, ALU, Ericson , Cell Site Bldg Owner to conduct technical survey for installation of collapsible cabin, Self Supporting Tower ( SST ),Monopole, Wall mount Pole, Guyed Mast Tower, Free Standing Pole, GRD site, Hub Site. Conduct daily site inspection and submit accomplishment at every site to monitor the project. Study and review construction drawing and specification to become familiar with scope and detail and check interfaces of the contract.  Supervise the main contactor regarding installation of monopole, collapsible cabin /shelter, cable tray ladder , ACU Unit, Port hole location, Main Distribution Board (MDB),Test pit Grounding, and Electrical lay out. Fall Arrest , Equipment Plinth, Generator Pad, Gate and Fencing. Check the Bill of Material ( BOQ ) as per actual installation. Attend Kick Off meeting and planning session concerning project implementation.  Prepare site red line drawings in preparation for as-built drawings.

 Conduct supervision of installation of Manhole, Hand Hole , Service Box and Underground conduit from excavation , cutting and breaking of pavement ,rebar works, concrete pouring ,formworks, pipe laying, backfilling and restoration as per standard. Supervise OSP civil work , Aerial installation ,copper and fiber optic cable construction ,splicing and testing and see to it that work is completed according to vendor specification. Give site instruction to the sub contractor regarding changes in design. Prepare all the document for billing purposes ( Red Line Drawing,, Concrete pouring, cylinder test , rebar test, Field Density Test ( FDT ), including AS Built Drawing and work change. Responsible for Material Quantity Take Off. Witnessing all the test result cylinder test, rebar test, field density test as per design standard. Coordinate with the contracting party for pre construction survey/staking in the implementation both aerial and underground conduit. Responsible for Material Quantity Take Off. Resolve all technical problem that arise during all stages of project.
