 Prepare weekly coordination report to ensure that target completion is on time. Prepare tool box meeting time to time to discuss our issue and concern before the start of the project. Check and review construction work schedule base on the actual implementation. Monitor closely construction material ,light and heavy equipment spare parts, if they delivered on time. Responsible to provide all necessary documents for PAN/FAT and all testing data prior for billing purposes. Prepare and maintain variety of departmental records and reports as well as project records in terms of quality records. Responsible to report all incident report and submit to safety department for evaluation to avoid similar incident. Monitor and submit overall project accomplishment including S-Curve / WBS / Gant Chart.

 Responsible to monitor the calibration Tools and Equipment for Power , Telecommunication and Construction Department and report every month. Prepare and maintain variety of departmental records and reports as well as project records in terms of quality records. Support project team in client meetings to discuss with clients on effective quality control programs specific to the project. Regularly with the staff to exchange information, review project status and individual goals and identifies new opportunities for improvement Ensure work process and method of statement meet adopted international standard and all national standard. Responsible to do Monthly Quality Assurance Report at every project both OSP,OPGW, Power project including tools and equipment and see to it that all punch list is rectified base on the quality standard. Assist all QA Inspector as per client standard and follow the client standard. Responsible to monitor all punch list at every project and close internal punch list for actual client PAT. Provide QA corrective action plan base on the punch list and schedule awareness/training at every department. Check and review all check list/Inspection test plan at every project before sending to client. Study and review all Standard Operating Procedure (SOP ) base on the Project.

 Evaluate and review variation orders to ensure cost effective implementation within agreed lead time. Ensure that RFI and quality control process are implemented at site level by vendor/contractor.  Ensure site completion and compliance to specification, quality requirements and approved design by performing site CME RFI visit for assigned sites. Supervise and inspect lay outing of tower foundation , anchor bolt , formwork ,rebar and concrete pouring. Study and review construction drawing and specification to become familiar with scope and detail and check interfaces of the contract.  Monitoring and inspection of all aspect of construction activities with respect to the contractor performance of the work in compliance with the drawing specification . Supervise the main contactor regarding installation of monopole, collapsible cabin /shelter, cable tray ladder , ACU Unit, Port hole location, Main Distribution Board (MDB),Test pit Grounding, and Electrical lay out. Check the Bill of Material ( BOQ ) as per actual installation. Conduct necessary Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) and civil work change out and new site. Coordinate with the representative of the contracting party Sun Cellular ( Digitel), Huawei Technology, Cell Site Bldg Owner to conduct technical survey for installation of collapsible cabin, monopole and wall mount pole Supervise and inspect construction of GSM antenna and BTS equipment mounted at roof top. Quality Officer Duty and Responsibilities:
