• Manages and supervises the US accounts payable and Global T&E team• Manages the US Accounts Payable function, including but not limited to coding invoices, verification and entering vendor invoices for approvals, payment, vendor communications, month end close, accruals and reconciliations• Ensures that accounts payable, T&E and the company’s financial obligations are met on an accurate and timely basis while adhering to company policies and procedures• Manages year-end IRS Form 1099 & 1042 reporting process• Builds and maintains strong relationships with various stakeholders in the accounts payable process• Solves problems using traditional and creative methods, drives issues to closure with a sense of urgency, and meets resistance with tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.• Works closely with the purchasing department to ensure a smooth Procure-to-Pay process• Manage both the corporate credit card program (T&E and P-Card) as well as the Concur expense reimbursement program• Remains current as a subject matter expert for Accounts Payable best practices in order to establish and enforce Sarbanes-Oxley compliant internal controls to minimize financial and operational risk.• Support implementation of an automated systems or ERP upgrades• Handle special, ad-hoc projects as requested• Establishes measurable and reportable key metrics for areas of responsibility and drives team achievement of metric-based goals.• Supports and encourages team development; evaluates performance and workload; implements change to improve productivity and increase efficiency; and consistently capitalizes on opportunities to recognize or coach team members to higher performance.• Ensure that the highest levels of internal control are maintained by evaluating and implementing procedures and systems that automate and ensure appropriate transaction review and approval, including maintaining proper separation of duties.

•Support projects/initiatives such as Q2C/Amortization Tool & Warranty Entitlement System with smooth implementation and drive consistency in accounting treatment across APJ •Involve in acquisitions integration and advise GAAP attributes to make sure revenue recognition compliance with US GAAP, policies and regulations •Report migration from China back to Penang •Successfully built up the SKU profiling team and equipped the staffs with necessary knowledge on SKU and accounting treatment attribution. •All processes documented with process flows which clearly establish point of control and area of concern identified •Ensure full compliance of Revenue Recognition Policy for Asia Pacific & Japan(APJ) •To standardize & align the current Part No Profiling Process globally •Control Self Assessment simplification and reduction/consolidation of SOX controls for APJ •Liaise with internal & external auditors. •Improve work processes via automation, reduction and elimination •Provide support to New Service Introductory (NSI) & New Product Introductory (NPI) No significant accounting driven surprises •Drive financial planning - region/segment quarterly forecast by providing Best of Breed opportunity analysis for regional stretch plans/growth, providing trend analysis and understand drivers of key performance metrics, providing financial insights to business partners at Forecast interlock to drive agreement on submission and providing financial advice to Business partners on accuracy of forecast •Drive report standardization and manage requests for additional reporting or changes with APJ Leadership and Corporate Reporting team

•Implement, develop and deploy project based on business requirement. •Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, including claims and payroll functions to ensure adherence to company policies. •Identify and maintain key process metrics for all applicable transaction •Assist auditors for the purpose of providing support and documentation on internal processes for claims and payroll. •Conduct system analysis, business process, and document functional specifications. •Deliver projects assigned on time within budget and quality. •Improving turnaround time of workforce and system in delivering efficient results. •Liaise between related functional areas to resolve internal and external customer issues •Resolve issues that have been reported and ensure resolution within our Service Level Agreement
