Guided the Foundation's "spend-up" efforts and managed the distribution of all of it's assets to grantees in four interest areas: media reform, election verification, reproductive rights and environmental equity. Led the internal operations of the National Performance Network, a group of75 cultural organizers and artists, committed to creating meaningfulpartnership and artistic experiences in and across communities in the U.S.and Latin America. Directed the organization’s resource development andfinancial affairs; oversaw it’s five re-granting programs, annual conference,four regional meetings, the development of an annual directory and membercommunication.

Directed the MN Dance Alliance/DanceToday, a state wide 1,500 member dance serviceorganization for seven years; leading it through a comprehensive strategic planning process that dramatically changed the structure of the organization to be responsive to the diversifying dance community community.Spun off the Minnesota Dance Alliance/DanceToday programs to other entities in the Twin Cities, archiving its history at the University of Minnesota.
