I am currently working at Mediacast for almost 6 years as a Audio/Video Sales Executive.Handling Audio products like Avid, M-Audio, Native Instruments, Motu, Steinberg, Universal Audio, Solid State Logic, Avalon and many more.For Video products like Blackmagic Design, NewTek (Tricaster), Matrox and more.Specialties and other interest- Audio production, DJing, Song Writing Composing, Vocalist, Floor/field Audioman, Photography, Videography, Video Editing and lots more.Current Showroom Responsibility- Taking care all type of customer from walk-in, email's to phone inquiries for Audio/Videos Products.- Handling customer/technical support providing solution before and after sales.- Doing cashier Job as well and in out paper works for the showroom like Purchase Order, Stock return, Inventory and many more.- I also do on the spot troubleshooting for the customer has basic problem with their hardware/software.- Doing demo's for the following Audio/Video products like Audio Interfaces, production software, Plug-ins software, studio microphones, reference headphones, hardware effects, DJ products, Cinema Camera, Camera's accessories, Tripods, Sliders, Camera lenses, Video Switchers, Podcast Panels, Video Converters, Video Microphone/Recorder and lots more.- I'm also doing some promotional video for the company like product presentation.
