Responsibilities: Online system stability guarantee, rapid iteration support for system requirements and functions, and collaboration with product manager, operation manager, etc to support business rapid development.Achievement: Set up a team from 0 to 1 and build a transportation labor capacity system to achieve full function coverage from recruitment, move-in, capacity prediction, strategy-based capacity scheduling, performance quality control, capacity clearance and fine management of capacity pools, and help the business achieved high-quality capacity output; identified good and bad drivers and the quality change trend of the capacity pool. Through different management and control strategies, the customer complaint rate dropped from 0.22% to 0.10%; the proportion of online drivers recruited increased from 12.8% to 30%+ . As of March 2021, the average daily performance driver is 6K+, and the management driver is 4W+. During the 2 years, there were no major online accidents.

Responsibilities:lead the construction and development of the backend service and system of the Fashion project as well as the development of image services; provide various interface services for devices in Android, IOS and HTML5 applications, and develop the operation and management background of the entire project.Technology stack: Java 8, Python 2.7, Spring Boot 1.5.11, MySQL, WebSocket, SpringMVC, FlaskAchievement: Constructed the overall architecture, technology selection, deployment architecture and underlying technology implementation of the entire Fashion project from 0 A graphical interface service based on Python 2.7 encapsulation matting and Wing, implemented with HTTP API services. Wrapped in Java, the image service implemented in C++ is packaged and deployed, and the HTTP-based API service is provided externally. Realize the back-end service support and function implementation in the 2-week iteration cycle of the Fashion project, with a total of 6 iterations. For the reconstruction of the entire project, the project is split twice based on functions: graphics services, functional services and equipment services to achieve the goal of simplifying project complexity and lightweight and agile development.
