I have been in charge of hardware department as hardware director for three years. In the past three years, I had taken part in the following project, 1) PHS100 a special mobile phone for police; 2) SPB100 a TV BOX project 3) ET1000 a tablet PC project 4）SIM5320, a WCDMA wireless communication module 5) MT1000, a home information center; 6) S955, a smart phone project; 7) S300, a feature phone project; 8) GT100P, a GPS tracker project; 9) SIM700/SIM700D, a EDGE wireless communication module;10) SIM4100D, a TD-SCDMA wireless communication module. Besides, I did lots of management work. For example, Team building, Team training, Design rules making, Technical training, and so on. PHS100 project description: PHS100 bases on Qualcomm MSM8255, advanced AP, and runs on Android 2.3. PHS100 consists of 1-D/2-D barcode scan, WIFI, BT, GPS, 8M pixel camera. Also PHS100 integrates 8G IAND with external Micro SD card. SPB100 project description: SPB100 bases on Freescale I.MX53 , advanced AP, and runs on Android 2.3. SPB100 consists of SIM5320 WCDMA module, HDMI, CVBS, WIFI, Ethernet, NFC, BT, GPS. Also SP100 integrates 8G IAND with external Micro SD card. ET1000 project description: SPB100 bases on Freescale I.MX51 , advanced AP, and runs on Android 2.2. ET1000 consists of SIM5320 WCDMA module, HDMI, WIFI, BT, GPS, compass, accelerator, gyroscope, 2M pixel camera, light sensor. Also ET1000 integrates 8G IAND with external Micro SD card. SIM5320 project description: There projects base on QSC6270, and provide GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA function. SIM5320 use SMT package so it is suitable for manufacturing. It could provide the 3.6Mbps download speed. MT1000 project description: MT1000 bases on MAP100, multimedia coprocessor, and runs on WINCE OS. MT1000 consists of SIM4220 TD module , WDCT module, WIFI module, and CMMB module. So MT1000 just like a digital phone frame and also has the wireless communication function.

Developed the HERT simple transport unit which provide layer two and layer three switch. Completed High speed board design. Designed the MPC8247 CPU subsystem、the CAN BUS module and the LANSWITH module., also completed the timing analysis and Schematic design. Fully Designed the BSP for the MPC8247. Conducted the Freescale to finish the CPU choosing and communicate with them in the whole process. Completed the CPLD verilog code .Responsible for the project manage and HCMM work flow. Developed the WCDMA RNC Iu/Iur IP interface board, responsible for design and implement. Researched and designed the Network Processor module and the Memory System which is composed of DDR SDRAM,DDR II SRAM and FCRAM. Completed the high level design、low level design and critical chip timing analysis. Also completed the UT and ST. Fully Designed the Network Processor Microcode which implementing the GTPU/IPC remapping ,GTPU reordering and AAL5 SAR. Developed the BSC GRI board which receive GPS information and send the information to the computer center .responsible for the design and development the CPU module which composed of MPC860、SDRAM、BOOTROM and FLASH. Responsible Importing the uclinux OS to the GRI board Developed the BSC FTC board which is composed of Intel 80386 CPU、eight DSP、FPGA module and SDRAM , responsible for design and implement. Selected the logic chip which is Spartan XL serial product and completed the logic code. Also completed the high level design、low level design and critical chip timing analysis .
