Qualifications and Experience• System architecture and board implementation of pizza box/chassis TCP/IP router, Ethernet switch and macro/micro wireless base station etc.• Expert knowledge and successful experience with high-speed digital circuit, high speed SerDes, mixed signal in board level. Proficient with scope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and network vector analyzer for bring up/troubleshooting. • Deep understanding of SI/PI, and successful experience.• Solid knowledge of modulation/demodulation, signal processing. • Deep understanding of electromagnetic field and wave, successful experience with EMC issues.• Proficient in FPGA/EPLD design with AHDL (coding, synthesis, simulation, troubleshooting.)• Expert knowledge and successful experience of various processors, like PowerPC (both host processors and communication processors), MIPS, ARM, DSP.• Deep understanding and successful experience of high speed memories, like DDR4, DDR3, with data rate up to 2400MTPS.• Solid knowledge and successful experience with PCIe, SATA, USB3.0, PCI, VME.• Deep understanding of basic architecture of Ethernet switch and L2/L3 packet flow.• Solid understanding and successful experience of serial interfaces which are widely used in TCP/IP routers, Ethernet switches, wireless base stations and traditional phone exchangers, such as Ethernet (10GE, GE, FE, both copper and fiber), Broad Reach, multi-protocol serial interface, ISDN PRI, ISND BRI, analog subscriber line interface (both FXS and FXO), HDLC, RS232, SPI, I2C etc.• Knowledge of TCP/IP and SS7.• Solid design troubleshooting skills, including isolation of faults to "root cause".
