● Lead the project construction quality management in assigned FPSO topside modules project.● Solid learning construction quality management procedures of SBMOFFSHORE and transfer all the requirement to contractor yard to follow.● Ensure that all construction quality related activities follow codes and regulations and SBMOFFSHORE group technical standards, project specifications.● Review and approve project quality plan, MS, ITP, specific quality procedures as material management, OSD, SOB, welding, NDE, coating, mockup NCR, repair work etc.● Regularly check the material / equipment of vendor supply in according to SBMOFFSHORE ‘s qualified brand list of material / equipment.● Work with construction management teams to set up incentive and competency plan for good practices or NCR from contractor, sublet and suppliers● Conduct construction site and workshop regular quality inspections / audits and provide feedback to project leadership on the results of inspections and audits recommendations.● Monitor and regularly check all required project quality records and documentation of contractor.● Set up project quality KPIs as welding defects rate, inspection reject rate for contractor and ensure proper analysis, performance reporting and mitigation as required.

Multi-discipline QC Lead (Acting Deputy QM) Successfully process the LNG 2 for multi-disciplines activities where my duty includes, but not limited to:● Confirm the LNG 2 project ITP, Check list, WPS and PQR, Welder’s qualification, NDT examiner qualification and process control procedure (cutting, welding, thermal treatment, visual examination, NDT, repairs, fabrication, erection) of structural steel are as specified and acceptable.● Confirm the material certificates, mill test reports, material traceability records, welding consumables certificates, dimension reports, NDT reports are as specified and acceptable.● Confirm the classifications of electrode, wire, flux, inert gas and storage & conditioning are as specified and acceptable.● Confirm the welding equipment and instruments are calibrated and operable.● Confirm the material surface conditions, joint preparation, roughness, notch limitation, edge are as specified and acceptable.

-Prepare the visual examination procedure in accordance with CSA W59 -Prepare the magnetic particle examination procedure in accordance with CSA W59 and CAN/CGSB 48.9712.-Perform the VT and MT inspection in accordance with CSA W178.2 and CAN/CGSB 48.9712.-Ensure all the filler materials as electrode, flux and wire which shall conform to CSA W48-01 on site.-Ensure all the WPDS, WPS and PQR shall conform to the CSA W59 and CSA W47.1.-Ensure all the welder qualification shall conform to the CSA W47.1 and have certificate on file.-Ensure all the weld joint preparation, production welding, weld cleaning, repairs, NDE and exceptions shall conform to the CSA W47.1 and CSA W59.-Prepare the official VT and MT report in according with CSA W59 and CAN/CGSB 48.9712.
