Responsibilities:•Installing SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll software and setup the server•Handling clients, gather user requirements and provide solution to clients.•Focus on troubleshooting of customer’s problem•Call and follow up the subscription of support maintenance of the customer•Customized the report design such as Invoice, Quotation, Sales etc based on userrequirements.•Customized the system using Delphi Programming Language based on userrequirements.•Provide guidance for customer in inserting any data into software.•Provide financial advice regarding employee payroll and accounting.
