• Managed and sponsored The Standard’s employee stock purchase and options plan vendor selection process including implementation, change management and communication.
• Sponsor and leader in creating a new jobs framework for the organization (i.e., job leveling with added core and functional competencies) to provide flexibility and a clearer career path for employees
