In order to perform HR work that aims to support the hiring and cultivation of employees so that they can achieve business outcomes, one must be able to lead communication that is based on a fundamental interest in people and a deep understanding of their needs. Moreover, when considering the ripple effects caused by the implementation of new HR systems, it is essential to persuade employees by identifying various internal corporate issues and establishing a relevant strategy at the proper time, which also requires the ability to investigate relevant causal relationships from several angles so that a problem-solving structure can be institutionalized.While working as a TA at a private language academy, I solved ongoing structural problems by interacting with people to catch their individual needs, and during my time as an operations manager at a Brunei content travel agency, I established and executed new hiring and training processes, which led to improvements in our high employee turnover rate. Finally, by completing a project that proposed appropriate alternatives based on an analysis of domestic HR issues, I was able to acquire a way of thinking that can ascertain the validity of suggested assertions by actualizing situations and solutions in accordance with causal relationships.
