Often time-sensitive issues due to a project deadline is required to bring the R&D’s immediate attention and have the R&D key person re-prioritize SCRs in a backlog.

Mentoring and coaching complex issues assigned to the Tech Support Analyst and provided a way of approach depending on a type of technical issue. The lack of skill-set or less module experienced led to a support issue’s closure rate down and technical Analysts often spent a pretty much long time with no a progress or a clear direction. Designed customized training courses for the team members through various type of scenario and helped the Technical Analysts in considering the best practical approach before a troubleshooting start. i.e, cut off a technical issue layer-by-layer such as Server, Client, Browser, Database and Platforms and then narrow down a scope by another sub-layer for each. It significantly helped the team in identifying a root cause of the issue.
