I worked on the highest profile project in the business to onboard high net worth (HNW) and ultra HNW clients in the Morgan Stanley (MS) acquisition deal (worth a reported 13 billion in AuM). My key contributions included designing a streamlined onboarding process involving various internal review teams, project planning and coordination with senior management including key CS and MS stakeholders, logistics of handling client account opening documentation, system setup, progress tracking and reporting and training administration staff. My key achievement is using MS SharePoint technology to develop a workflow tool for tracking client onboarding tasks across 10 review teams. This saved the team a massive amount of work and allowed the team to focus on getting more clients and assets across.My contract was extended another 8 months where I worked on the most important regulatory projects in the business. These included analysis and requirements gathering for MIFID II, Financial Services Compensation Scheme, Consumer Credit Act, Client Tax Program and Platform Papers, all important recent UK and abroad regulation changes.
