I am a Senior Business Analyst, with 12 years experience in information technology, credit cards, wealth and general banking. I have worked mainly for large banks including NAB, ANZ and Credit Suisse UK. At NAB, I worked on the NAB Rewards Credit Card Project (until March 2018) focusing on customer experience initiatives, rewards program management, product management, vendor management, and setting up and improving operational processes. I also worked 5 months on the bank wide Unclaimed Monies project completing detailed process maps and requirements documents. At Credit Suisse Private Bank, I worked as a Senior Business Analyst on various regulatory projects and in June 2014 completed a large client onboarding project on the buyout of Morgan Stanley Private Bank. Previously I worked at ANZ Bank for 7 years in various project roles in Financial Planning and Technology teams. During my time at CS London, NAB and ANZ Melbourne, I have helped to deliver major strategic projects including NAB Rewards program launch for credit cards business, Unclaimed money project to ensure compliance for NAB in 2015, UK banking regulation changes including MIFID II, FSCS (Financial Compensation), Consumer Credit Act, Client On boarding project for integrating Morgan Stanley clients into Credit Suisse Private Bank systems, workflows and processes.
