Current· Finance leadership of all aspects of finance functions and business partnership for Oracle Korea.· A member of the Korea management; participate in key business decisions, lead the senior business management for business growth and corporate initiatives.· Drive business results with financial insight by providing reliable financial leadership through efficient global process. - Lead the strategic business and financial planning, ensuring close coordination with key stakeholders. - Provide robust financial analysis/evaluation and enable decision making on initiatives and investments. - Lead Go To Market and territory strategy and sign off the quota deployment.· Manage controls and compliance in line with the corporate policy and local statutory requirements ensuring the integrity. - Direct forecast/closing activities and accounting operations through the effective financial controls. - Fiduciary duty: Ensure the provision of accurate and timely financial information and that the systems of internal control are in place, highly effective and complied with the policy and regulations.· Collaborate with the centralized divisional / global teams and manage works outsourced to various vendors and professional services firms.
