He has inspired an online friend in Ha Noi to go for a Global Volunteer trip; even this friend is not in the target market that his team is aiming for. He is also playfully put information about Global Volunteer on every post, which makes Global Volunteer spread so widely on the Internet. I love how Hao is proud of AIESEC and its Global Volunteer program. He empowers me to become a better person and fulfill my values in AIESEC. Secondly, Hao is really striving for excellence. He actively learns from his mistakes, other people, and from a lot of work. I could see the ability in Hao through the way he gave his brilliant ideas for the discount program, which will be launched in November. However, he is still striving for more and is willing to learn from our leader. The way Hao gives his feedback for other teammates’ work shows that he puts his mind and time to not only care for other people but also learn from them. I think that this striving for excellence is the most important attitude for an employee to become a good leader, and Hao can really nail it.
