Design and manage talent management programs and initiatives for Y&R Group globally. Report to SVP of Global Talent Management Group. Oversee talent program activities globally for all regions; North and South Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. - Manage Global Talent Management programs, work with 35 countries and 100+ offices globally. Design, plan, and execute talent strategy and campaigns worldwide, monitor the progress, and provide updates and briefings to executive management. - In charge of talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. - Counsel and coach managers on talent development and retention strategy, review the processes, and consult issues and concerns. - Point of contact for employee relations/compliance.- Support employee learning and coordinate the delivery of training and development initiatives. - Responsible for school and client relations.

Now Mount Sinai Health System (then Continuum Health Partners)- Responsible for all non-physician employee relations and exit interviews.- Work hand in hand with the Compliance and Legal, conduct investigations into issues and concerns.- Run 360 evaluation and provide feedback to the senior management.- Responsible for the immigration process and visas, working closely with the in-house legal team. - Manage Summer/Winter Internship Programs and Mentoring Programs. - Special HR Projects, including hospital M&A, HR system implementation, system review, and school relations.

- Handle full-cycle recruiting; candidate research, interviews to onboarding.- Campus recruiting including attending career fairs and holding job open houses. - In charge of employee monthly award program and Compensation analysis.
