As a UX researcher, I work end-to-end on qualitative research projects to provide innovative user-centric product design solutions. I collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and to generate insights, recommendations, and prototypes that enhance the user experience and meet the business objectives.I have a strong academic background in psychology, having graduated from Birmingham City University in 2021 with a BSc degree and a membership of the British Psychological Society. I apply my knowledge and skills in data analysis, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and human behaviour and cognition to UX research. I create and test wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes. I have received an achievement letter for leading by example and ensuring a reputation for excellence throughout my time at BCU. I am passionate about creating products that are intuitive, accessible, and impactful for users.
