As a part of the AGL Graduate Program 2019, I have worked in the following 4 rotations:AGL Loy Yang A Power Station• Gathered technical specifications on LV Transformers, Developed ITP’s, and Arc Flash Labels for LV Switchboards, installed temperature transmitters on ABM, Turbine valve and FDF Inlet Cooling using the Engineering Change process. Followed by sometime in Chemistry department doing Ferrozine Iron Analysis to check Flow Accelerated Corrosion and help Ion exchange resin on a demin plant and much more.AGL Macquarie (Bayswater & Liddell Power Station)• GeHo Pump motors A speed discrepancy & Drive Parameters Investigations, Wireless Instrumentation systems using yokogawa, MSD- Transformers, Confined Space Registers, gathering operating characteristics of BW units, Environmental Alarm Project using Sigfox and Yokogawa and much more.AGL Asset Systems & Processes/Asset Management• Designed & developed a Work Management Review 'Audit' tool to support the WM process & systems, Piloted the review tool with sites specially Loy Yang Station and QLD Gas Operations.AGL Operational Diagnostics Centre• Designed & developed a EFP (Electric Feed Pump) Dashboard for Loy Yang A Power Station, assisted in Category B & Category C transformers dashboard for all the assets present in AGL i.e., from renewables to coal assets.

Responsibilities included: enrollment, advising/counselling, resolved student enquiries, issues, and problems; coordinated and scheduled timetables. • Managed wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. • Routinely answered customer questions regarding academic program requirements. Made proactive recommendations based on the acquired knowledge to satisfy customer inquiry and meet everyday goals. • Responsible for assessing student applications and assisting them getting admissions into their desired courses. • Manage, monitor and support the success of the Student from application stage to their admissions and implement process and procedures for admissions enrollment compliance.

• Suggesting customer different delicacies based on every individual dietary requirements and thereby built strong customer relationships.• Managed front of the house and welcomed guests and help them get seated offering them the best customer service.• Trained new staff, focused on increasing revenues and resolved customer issues with expedience.• Managed the restaurant activities and lad the team with proper coordination while maintaining a chaotic free culture.

• Worked with QA / QC Department in a Multinational Company in the manufacturing process of products: Keystones and Patch cords (copper & fiber) used within the Telecommunication sector for the networking applications.• The role gave me skills to analyze non- conforming materials at incoming & outgoing as well as managed supplier’s corrective action.• I also managed all aspects of Supply Chain Department in Procurement from inception of customer order and internal demand, through final product distribution. Ensured appropriate & adequate documentation is in place for process & action.
