• Primary Responsibilities of this role include.
• Manage team of 7 employees, overseeing hiring, training, and professional development of staff.
• Ensure that all facilities are operated to the highest industry standards, including the health, safety and well-being of all occupants and guests.
• Monitor and maintain all facility base-building infrastructure (hydro, water, sanitary/storm sewer, roads, walkways) as well as building envelope systems (structure, roof, etc.,) and environmental issues in accordance.
• Monitor and maintain all facility/operations infrastructure (3 ) salt-water Pool (CPO), HVAC, hot water, fire and life safety systems, lighting, emergency systems/generators, elevating devices, etc.,) in accordance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive programs for preventative maintenance, capital and leasehold improvements, and regular updating and maintenance of the Angus PM program.

Toronto, Canada Area

• Reporting to the General Manager
• Responsible for ensuring the property and product are in a condition that exceeds our guests' expectations.
• Identify and rectify any general maintenance issues within the property
• Participate in Team meetings
• Plan preventative maintenance schedules and breakdown management and fault reporting systems on all building equipment and monitor mechanical HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and building structural elements
• Coordinate repair work, contractor access and work inspections

Orlando, Florida Area

• Operated and repaired HVAC in 7 million sq. ft. of meeting space, electrical and mechanical systems;
• Controlled building environment by operating the following systems: MAXIMO (BMS), Network 8000 Host, Landis & system 600,Honeywell EBI, Johnson Control Systems (BAS) and Trane Tracer Summit using Direct Digital Control.
• Repaired, install and start-up various types of VFDs;
• Installed MICOFLO II controllers (PITs and PICs) for FTBs, SPBs and VAVs
• Diagnose and correct failures in: electrical, electronic and/or mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components
• Provided customer service for event coordinators and ensure all HVAC requests are fulfilled;
