• Reporting to the General Manager• Responsible for ensuring the property and product are in a condition that exceeds our guests' expectations. • Identify and rectify any general maintenance issues within the property • Participate in Team meetings • Plan preventative maintenance schedules and breakdown management and fault reporting systems on all building equipment and monitor mechanical HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and building structural elements • Coordinate repair work, contractor access and work inspections • Inform the General Manager on a regular basis regarding the specific and overall condition of the building structure(s), related systems, and equipment offering prudent, cost effective proposals for maintaining these systems • Respond to emergency after hour's maintenance calls
