Senior Campus Operator
Current- Primary Responsibilities of this role include.
- Manage team of 7 employees, overseeing hiring, training, and professional development of staff.
- Ensure that all facilities are operated to the highest industry standards, including the health, safety and well-being of all occupants and guests.
- Monitor and maintain all facility base-building infrastructure (hydro, water, sanitary/storm sewer, roads, walkways) as well as building envelope systems (structure, roof, etc.,) and environmental issues in accordance.
- Monitor and maintain all facility/operations infrastructure (3 ) salt-water Pool (CPO), HVAC, hot water, fire and life safety systems, lighting, emergency systems/generators, elevating devices, etc.,) in accordance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive programs for preventative maintenance, capital and leasehold improvements, and regular updating and maintenance of the Angus PM program.
