Currently, I am an IT technician fully dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for both individual clients and contracted companies.In the realm of connectivity, I create Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), ensuring secure and accessible networks. Active Directory management is one of my core competencies, contributing to more effective system administration for the majority of contracted companies. Additionally, I specialize in information architecture, computational technology, Windows and Linux servers, operating systems, machine virtualization, and Office 365, Windows, and BitDefender licensing management. I have expanded my expertise to include Cloud solutions for backups and disaster recovery to meet the evolving needs of these clients. Committed to staying updated with the latest trends and advancements, I ensure that the solutions I offer align with the dynamic demands of the current technological landscape.In the realm of customer service, I handle daily remote and on-site support, addressing Microsoft, Linux, and MacOS environments. I diagnose and resolve issues with accounting software, the Office 365 suite, corrupted system drivers, and various recurring problems.With experience in identifying and resolving hardware issues, performing preventive maintenance, and efficiently repairing computers and electronic devices, I am an expert in assembling high-performance gaming equipment.

Em 2018 tive a grande oportunidade de servir no TG02-069 em São Caetano, onde tive a possibilidade de contribuir de forma positiva para a sociedade através de diversos trabalhos voluntários ao longo do ano, desde ajuda no registro de documentos para a APAE, doação de sangue e doações de cesta básica e mantimentos para vítimas de enchentes.Foi um ano de muito aprendizado onde pude trabalhar melhor a maneira de construir relacionamentos, trabalhar em equipe de forma colaborativa, criar relações de respeito mútuo, liderar, construir habilidades sociais, desenvolver inteligência emocional e aprimorar mais as minhas habilidades de comunicação.
