Manage disbursements to approximately 40 grantees and beneficiaries in over 10 Caribbean countries, 6 consultants annually, and payments to CBF staff.b. Manage the development, recording, tracking, and monitoring of budgets, expenditures, and reporting for the CBF and its stakeholders.c. Manage the annual audit processes for the CBF.d. Manage relations with 2 Banks holding 9 bank accounts for the CBF.Program Support:a. Facilitate the preparation of programs, projects, and budget proposals for the CBF.b. Oversee and ensure compliance with CBF's and/or relevant donors' internal financial policies and procedures when processing grants, payments, and reimbursements.c.
