Accounts Receivable:- Generate and Distribute accurate invoices to clients or customers promptly.- Follow up on outstanding accounts and outstanding invoices, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when communicating with clients- Record and apply payments received to customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up to date records.- Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments and investigate and resolve any billing issues or disputes.Accounts Payable:- Scheduling and Processing of invoices.- Monitoring of Aged Payables- Reconciling of Accounts- Proofreading of contracts or agreements- Communicating to vendor for terms and discrepancy in the invoice.- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with payment policies and procedures.Tax and Compliance:- Preparing of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Tax.- Filing and Keeping of Tax Returns- Ensure compliance with Tax Policy and Procedures.- Updating BIR, Peza and Local Permits- Collaborating with the third party service provider.General Accounting:- Generating of Month End Report- Updating Balance Sheet Schedule- Recording of Daily Transactions- Checking of Petty Cash or Disbursement.- Other Accounting Ad Hocs
