K- Focus with more than 15 years of experience in the field of recruitment and human resources consulting for FDI companies and Vietnamese businesses.Main responsibilities:- Search for candidates in social networks like website, Facebook, Kakao, Zalo, LinkedIn, etc. based on customers' requirements- Find suitable candidates based on job descriptions.- Check information with candidates by phone for organizing interview schedule..- Update recruitment reports- Keep track of the candidate database- Support team members in completing assigned tasks.Achievements:- Successfully recruit manager-level positions such as Senior Project Manager, Fullstack(C#; Net) for IT companies.
