Initiated Imperial Mentorship Program with Imperial College Associate Alumni Network (ICAAM) to improve branding and ties between the student-alumni network and impacted over 37 pairs of mentors and mentees7. Commenced the Career Associate initiative to bridge the gap between juniors and the current committee on ICUMS' corporate and outreach strategies, as well as a work shadowing scheme leading up to a committee position for Associates the next academic year. 8. Conducted company office visits in Malaysia for 9 past and previous sponsors of ICUMS for contract signing, discussion on future initiatives and strengthening of relationship, and hosted corporate discussions with 15+ companies on establishing potential partnerships.
