1. Establish and maintain cross-border brand eCommerce stores on platforms Tmall/ JD/RED/WeChat/TikTok. Align the eCommerce strategy among several stores and expand business in China market.2. Manage TP in China market for stores on Tmall/ JD, set up KPI and evaluate the performance of TPs, control plan/budget for marketing activities and promotions on Tmall/ JD, be responsible for entry/termination of TP supplier3. Lead a team of 5 members for the daily operations of eCommerce business, focus on the traffic/ conversion/ revenue, lead multiple projects and report to the Far East CEO directly4. Plan and implement various digital marketing campaigns such as SEA/Affiliate/Influencer marketing/membership marketing; monitor and evaluate the ROI of marketing activities through multiple analyzing tools such as website back-end data6. Lead the team to implement KOL/KOC project which promotes the website through KOL/KOC posts7. Daily team management, hire team members, break down the team KPI for team members and evaluate the performance, help team member to grow8. Develop and own relationships with key decision-makers in the category and key platforms(Tmall/JD)
