- Manage several different projects simultaneously, be responsible for the whole product localization lifecycle from planning, execution to post project review.- Identify, analyze and validate the business needs and project requirements, define the project scope, forecast and implement project budget, schedule and delivery plan- Collaborate with several departments within and without the company in different countries and regions, including development, marketing, localization and vendors, etc to deliver high quality products within budget and schedule.- Be responsible for tracking the progress of the project, paying close attention to the cost and updating the projection for each engagement- Recruit qualified team members and vendor resources to establish a successful project team, provide related coaching and training to the team members- Monitor and manage inter cross charging and vendor billings, Track project status including budget/schedule/deliverables, and generate project status report, analyze data to support future business decision- Manage vendor performance through performance review on both project and account level- Take lead or participate initiatives for process improvements and new tools and technology deployment.- Build good relationship with customers, Look for and develop potential business opportunity and new customers by co-working closely with other different business groups
