Quality Technician
Current- Ensure that all products manufactured comply with specified food safety and quality standards.- Monitoring incoming raw materials to ensure they conform to specifications.- Develop and manage the Quality Management System through the internal and external audit processes.- Conducting the quality and food safety training for business's wider team.- Leading the implementation and maintenance of all QA systems including internal audits, pest control, traceability, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), calibration quality investigation, non-conformance (NC), and corrective actions.- Participating the HACCP team to ensure the hazards analysis and CCPs for the lines are met.
