I worked with researchers in NUS to research on green ways to handle chicken manure produced in local chicken farms. The current method used to dispose the manures are very environmentally unfriendly. Therefore, I was helping with a research to help analyze the feasibility of an alternative method of handling chicken manures that is more environmentally friendly. I used environmental frameworks to calculate carbon emission and Cost Benefit Analysis to determine if the method is beneficial to farm owners. The research was created and sent for potential publishing.

Me and my team came up with scenarios for the case competition and presented them to the participants. The event was well executed with zero incidents.Micron NUS ISE Business Analytics Case Competition 2020Project DirectorIn the following year, I was in charge of mentoring the juniors in preparing for this case competition. Because of the outstanding participation rate in the NUS ISE BACC 2019, Micron has reached out to the committee for a partnership for the event. They have sponsored a 5 figure lump sum for the event to be involved in this Case Competition. Therefore, I had to lead to team to handle both internal and external stakeholders for a successful event. The event pivoted from a physical to a virtual one but I managed to maintain composure and keep the team together to eventually push off a successful event.
