My name is Jure Ličen and I come from Slovenia. I am 25 years old and I finished university level studies Microbiology (BSc) at the University of Ljubljana, Biotechnical Faculty. During the study I have realized that natural sciences are something that I am really interested in. This is the main reason why I continue my study on Master level (Biotechnology, MSc). I really want to gain additional experience in the field of microbiology, biotechnology or related science disciplines. My life goal is to become a member of a research team that is responsible for the progress in pharmacy, agronomy, food technology or nature protection. Creating a better world to live in is my strongest motivation to achieve a goal.Also, I like different types of sport, especially recreational running and hiking with friends. For me this is the best way to enjoy peaceful nature, to relax and have fun with colleagues.To conclude, I want to add that by my opinion mankind can make substantial positive changes in the society with hard work, cooperation, conversation, helping each other and positive mindset which are the main factors that lead people to achieve their goals.
