As a member of the development team at Ding, I was tasked with enhancing the user experience of our mobile recharge service web platform. My responsibilities included implementing new UI features and optimizing the UX to increase retention rates.To achieve this goal, I led the implementation of the newest tech stack, including React, Gatsby Cloud, and Contentful. This allowed us to improve security, streamline our development flow, and utilize virtualization techniques to enhance the performance of our platform.With common efforts, we were able to significantly increase the user engagement on our platform, resulting in a boost in retention rates.
