As a member of the development team at Ding, I was tasked with enhancing the user experience of our mobile recharge service web platform. My responsibilities included implementing new UI features and optimizing the UX to increase retention rates.To achieve this goal, I led the implementation of the newest tech stack, including React, Gatsby Cloud, and Contentful. This allowed us to improve security, streamline our development flow, and utilize virtualization techniques to enhance the performance of our platform.With common efforts, we were able to significantly increase the user engagement on our platform, resulting in a boost in retention rates. As a contractor, I had the opportunity to work on a challenging project where I was tasked with re-writing a booking web application and improving its user experience. I then designed and developed a new system architecture that allowed for greater scalability, flexibility, and responsiveness, resulting in faster load times and better overall performance.In addition to optimizing the application's technical infrastructure, I also focused on enhancing the user experience by implementing an intuitive user interface and simplifying the booking process.
