As Quality Assurance Lead for Voyego (by Comtrade) I was working on account of an big airline carrier.Main project is PCI compliant payment processing (credit cards, apple pay,....)My responsibilities/achievements on high level were:▪ redesign test framework (Groovy + TestNG) where we had following results:- increased speed of test execution by more then 90%- reduced the code needed to write a test from 30+ lines to 1-2 lines + asserts- reduced the complexity of test writing so also junior testers can handle them- reduced the time needed to write automated test from 2-3h to 10-20 min- extended framework so new features can be tested promptly- extended reporting/monitoring to enterprise level▪ remotely manage team from 5 different locations▪ helping with scrum methodology implementation▪ setting up QA processes▪ creating test plan, test strategy documents▪ reporting to the customer▪ holding demo sessions to the customer▪ reorganizing how QA department is functioning▪ defining internal QA standards - standardizing practises, between BA, dev and QA▪ build/setup code quality inspection tools▪ build/setup CI tools▪ mentoring team members

as the owner I was involved in all the activites of a company from development, investments, marketing, accounting, market expansions, to logistics, legislation and so on.
