Dr. Abbott is the founder of Jury Behavior Research, Inc. (JBR). He helped pioneer the jury research and trial consulting industry when he started his practice in 1981 and formed JBR. JBR continues to pioneer and innovate new approaches to the study of jury persuasion (e.g., online survey and mock trial technologies).
