I am an organized employee that works well under the direction of a superior. I have the initiative to work hard even when not supervised directly. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, note-taking, and telephone communication. I have strong leadership skills that got me promoted to Zone Leader to lead a group of 16 missionaries. I am a great team player especially with people that I work around which establishes excellent relationship with them. I am cooperative with the people I work with which leads to a better work environment.
