CurrentField IT services require someone proficient in every aspect of Information Technology, and the ability to communicate that knowledge to users with wide ranges of technical savvy.In this role I am required to deal with laptops, desktops and all their peripherals, servers, network hardware, and cabling, repairing and maintaining them. I troubleshoot software issues with Windows Operating Systems on workstations and servers; troubleshoot, train, and optimize Microsoft Office productivity suite; support purpose built software.Project Management for both expansion and upgrade projects. Includes vendor selection and relations, layout and infrastructure planning, installation of equipment, and management and maintenance of project schedule.The scope of this position is support for 8 plants, 26 compressor stations, a regional office and hundreds of field users. It includes aggressive growth in both facilities and users.All my work is tracked through the use of ServiceNow’s ticketing system; remote support using Bomgar; user, software, device management with SCCM Configuration Manager.
