Member of Group and Finland management teams.My tasks and responsibilities were very wide-spread incl. e.g.:- Acting as a continuous sparring partner for Group and Finland CEOs on their priorities, especially in delivering profitable growth- Leading the annual action planning process with aim to ensure initiatives on country and division level are aligned with NRC Group's strategic targets. Main tasks to drive active ownership agenda and value creation in our Core Investments through strategic & operative development and M&A, and to identify and execute new investment opportunities. In practice this has meant e.g.:- Defining ownership agenda for portfolio companies- Developing corporate and business strategies with CEOs and mgmt teams, and supporting them in running the business- Managing/supporting portfolio company mgmt in larger transformation programs- Conducting pre-studies and running DD processes on potential new investments and bolt-ons- Modelling returns on potential investments

Project experience incl. e.g.:- PMO/TMO role in several large transformation programs related e.g. to Post-Merger integration, Operational excellence, Capital efficiency and Strategy implementation. Programs included initial planning, launch, detailed action planning and follow-up processes- 10+ buy- and sellside Commmercial Due Diligence projects- Strategy work for several companies/industries

Main responsibilities as a Member of the Executive Board are related to the assetmanagement, such as portfolio allocation and investment decisions, and generalmanagement of the foundation

Working with projects related to M&A, organization structure remodeling, strategy implementation, operational excellence.

Daily tasks included analyzing and interpreting events in global economy and financialmarkets. Responsible for commodity market analysis and daily Nordea Commodities Dailybriefing.
