In4All mobilizes businesses and schools in local communities to deliver classroom experiences that engage students in hands-on science and design thinking activities. The goal is to create deeper interest in STEM and an understanding of pathways to higher paying careers for students who come from communities that are historically underrepresented in STEM fields.My work and responsibilities as a PM at In4All:-Developed and delivered program materials specific to the cross and unique interests of multiple stakeholder groups-Designed, conducted, and analyzed qualitative and quantitative feedback through summative surveys and focus groups-Led iterative design sprints to evolve program materials to continue centering/considering the feedback of internal and external stakeholders-Overhauled existing program materials to adhere to brand guidelines-Coordinated program rollouts across internal and external teams-Designed and led relevant trainings and training resources for In4All program participants

MyMO’s mission within the health-tech space was to provide hospitals with tools that ease patient access to care while maximizing provider utilization. Seeking to redefine the relationship between patients, providers, and access, our product offerings centered around simple and intuitive solutions.As the Product Success manager my work focused on: -Forecasting, leading, and implementing our product with new customers-Cross-team project planning of product developments and internal resource budgeting while representing the needs of our users/customers-Conducting and coding both qualitative and quantitative user research methods to inform product advancement-Triaging customer support needs pre and post implementation

Levi Anderson Learning Center operates as an alternative education program for middle, to high school aged youth with histories of adjudication and mental or behavioral health disorders. This program seeks to intercept these youth by offering comprehensive support in addition to education services. Students at Levi Anderson represent specific demographics with heightened levels of need; as such, services offered by Levi Anderson provide creative, evidence based, solutions and alternatives to general education methods. -Co-developed a youth transition program with processes focusing on student connection to successful through-lines from academics to post-graduate resources-Facilitated development of individualized student-career portfolios utilizing strengths-based perspective-Facilitated the development of community partnerships between LALC and local agencies

-Conducted individual assessment on circumstance and resource needs with the individual-Used the planned-changed process with a person-centered focus to establish and coach toward goals that are client informed-Coordinated and collaborated with individual clients and other providers to assist client access to services and programs that helped them reach their goals-Created and facilitated group workshops that taught essential skills that helped clients access resources and increased their agency through advocacy-Reviewed and re-established client informed agreements and adjusted or modified when necessary-Respectfully and in a supportive manner, reminded individuals of their goals and how their behavior was or was not aligned with those goals
