I was leading FinCrime and Compliance product domain. • Owning and driving fraud prevention and compliance metrics to meet organizational goals alongside business stakeholders. • Leading the development and launching of scalable products and systems that detect and prevent the risk. • Investigating opportunities to minimise AML and KYC friction throughout customer journeys, challenging traditional interpretations of compliance requirements. • Managing prioritization and trade-offs between capabilities, development cost dependencies, and user experience. • Communicating product roadmap, OKRs, and results to product leadership and align with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.• Describing business requirements into epics and user stories, owning backlog in Jira.Some of the wins:During my leadership we delivered Dynamic risk scoring engine (DRS), which enabled us implement complex risk scoring strategies for different risk contexts (purposes). Delivered new Proof of Address (PoA) automated validation concept, which reduced the number of manual PoA checks 5X for new users and 2X for existing users.

I was leading authentication area digital transformation across three Baltic countries. • Business product owner login and signing product in digital channels (Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, Biometrics).• I have built and owned a strategic roadmap for launching products and product improvements.• I have owned and delivered strategic OKR's for product digital transformation.• Communicating on technical, business, and management topics with project stakeholders (Agile product owners, legal, risk, compliance, marketing). • Collaborating with TOP (C level) stakeholders regarding strategic matters.• Negotiating with strategic partners regarding costs, product development and investments into service stability.• Member of Business continuity and Crisis management committees.Key wins (some of them):We launched Biometric way to onboard Smart-ID account, thus increasing self-service two times. We launched login to digital channels using device Biometrics, thus improving user experience (UX/UI).

Key wins:Re-organised branch operations from fully reactive servicing to a proactive consulting approach.Held multiple workshops regarding implementation of SPIN and other selling techniques in our consulting approach.Branch sales efficiency grew +50% (YoY) first year and +30% (YoY) during my leadership.Consumer financing volumes grew 30% (YoY) two years in a row.Our Branch was one of the TOP selling branches in the East Banking Region.
