Product vision, strategy and stakeholder managament are my primary focus, together with team building. I've been facing a dilemma to constantly seek the optimal solutions, delivering low hanging fruits while going through the major tech upgrade for all services. Acting as a Product Owner, I've been running product discovery meetings with the UX, business stakehodlers and engineers. My biggest contribution was creating the first ever toolbox to run and observe product key metrics and insights, which eventually shaped our backlog.

Hands on data analytics using the vast and complex datasets to help the many different departments in the Bank to automate, simplify decision making;

I've been developing the Planning and Forecasting tools using Anaplan, PowerBI;Hands on analytics, querying and data integrations/sourcing.

Here I've been leading software implementation projects from negotiations tosuccess stories for Georgian SMEs.

I've been communicating and scaling down AIESEC global strategies locally, organizing, hosting and facilitating international conferences.
