Together, we streamlined our workflow processes, making our team more efficient and productive. I had the opportunity to lead content and strategy for some of our major accounts, RFPs, and pre-sales opportunities. As a result of our hard work, we grew the revenue for our content department by over two million dollars every year. I also established and nurtured relationships with our creative agency partners, and worked closely with a network of highly skilled freelancers.

I work with both agencies and clients directly. My experience includes working with Wunderman, Match Ignite, Draft FCB, Black Jet, Think-Kick, General Mills, Hasbro, Canada Post, Cronoa, Allstate Canada, Microsoft, Shaw Cable, and many other companies.

I led the production, creative direction, and client management for both design and development teams with great expertise. I employed a comprehensive management approach to maintain and build a medium-sized design team, and my efforts contributed significantly to pre-sales and RFP opportunities. This led to the successful acquisition of signed accounts with renowned companies such as MLSE and Universal Studios

I had the privilege of working alongside the product and development teams to enhance the booking experience on mobile, web, and app platforms. During this process, I made sure to take into account the needs and wants of our users, which allowed us to execute effective A/B testing processes, providing valuable insights that helped us refine the booking process further. I also took on the task of mentoring a 12-person in-house creative team, working to understand their unique challenges and helping them transition from a disruptive internal politics-driven approach to a collaborative team-first approach.
